Thailand Missions Trip Pictures (70)
In March 2010, the Berthaudins, Hansons and Hamres went on a short term missions trip to Thailand to work with the Kochs, Detwillers and Imagine Thailand. They put on a four-day camp at a school for migrant children on the Thai-Burma border. Most of the children have no family, no identification and no citizenship--they are stateless. The camp was an opportunity to play games, share God's love and provide a practical resource: each of the students will receive a "life book" that documents their lives and proves they exist. These are some of their pictures. -

Emmanuel was initially the command post for the RCMP, Fire Fighters, Forestry Service and the Regional District before the area had to be evacuated. It's amazing that the church survived and that so few houses were burned. -
