helping people help themselves

It’s not enough to just talk about helping people.  At Emmanuel, we are determined to put our money, time and effort where our mouth is.  Our advocacy program is dedicated to meeting people at their point of difficulty and helping them get back on their feet.  Advocacy varies in its responses according to actual individual needs.  Our advocates may be found fixing a sink for an elderly shut-in, providing job hunting expertise for the unemployed, or providing food and shelter during emergency situations.

Val Harbour (emmanueladvocacy.com*info*Question from Emmanuel Website) is the Director of Emmanuel Advocacy. You can obtain further information at www.emmanueladvocacy.com.
